Features and Benefits
The Model 51 assists managers in monitoring productivity, maintaining data and choosing job settings. The microprocessor-controlled Performance Control Center (PCC) enables easy job set-up and counts the number of envelopes processed by the operator.
Positive Drive Side Cutter:
Gives high-precision control for a thinner chip, with three-position lever for setting selection (includes no cut, standard cut, and deep cut of 6mm).
One-sided or Two-sided Opening:
Provides operator flexibility.
Thickness Profiling Candler:
Measures content status, with measurement resolution of up to .01mm of a sheet of paper. This device ensures that all envelope contents have been removed before disposal.
Three Cycling Modes:
1.Content activation: secures an empty reading via dual activation sensors.
2.Differential activation: establishes that a predetermined number of documents have been removed.
3.Content Removal Activation: cycles the envelope only after documents have passed over an external sensor and permits the operator to maintain free hand movement, which safeguards against accidental envelope cycling.
